Office Manager & Team Assistant

As our office manager and team assistant, Michelle keeps the office running efficiently and ensures the team has what they need to power up each day! She also supports our account teams with client projects and is the welcoming committee for new team members.

Michelle is a natural team player with top-tier organizational and time management skills. She graduated from El Centro High School, earning both her high school diploma and an associate degree in arts before pursuing a certification in medical assisting. Michelle has been with the agency since 2022, starting in a part-time role and has since expanded her responsibilities and been promoted to a full-time position.

Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with her kids and curling up with a good rom-com.
